"Friendly, helpful staff, clean well stocked kitchen, comfortable and fun place. Our small dog absolutely loved it there and even fell in love with a French bulldog! Good proximity to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. Highly recommend!"

"Diamond in the rough location near Acadia National Park (and all major park must-see locations located within 20 min). Location on adorable, quiet Main Street of NE Harbor and directly above a restaurant/bakery--which made morning super convenient."

"My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Absolutely adorable place. Completely private location. The house itself was immaculately clean and newly renovated with a pretty interior with comfortable, sturdy furniture. The host was so nice and very responsive. Next time we are in Maine, this will be our first choice rental."

"This property location was perfect. The cabins were spread out and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable."

"Easy check-in! Our brief stay was everything we could have hoped for in a studio apartment. Unfortunately, we were late getting there so didn’t get to check out the restaurant, but we’ll definitely do that if we’re able to make it back in the future."

"Beautifully curated in such a quaint location! Many VRBOs are nice enough in convenient places, but THIS place is special. The furnishings and decor give a European simple elegance, but the spot is SO Maine! We enjoyed the few local spots and proximity to nature…truly fantastic place to unplug for a while! "

"We checked in at night and it was raining ! We so wanted to see the view ! The next morning my parents woke up to see the sun rise and it was absolutely gorgeous.They came and got me saying look at this view we are right on the water .My mom said the pics do not give this place justice.I chose this place to celebrate my parents both turning 75 this year.The communication was very good they fixed the TV and let us know that their was no air.The no air wasn’t to bad at night with windows open .The...

"We had a wonderful stay at Quietside Cottage. We loved the quiet street for our kids to walk and ride bikes on; we loved proximity to town to be able to walk to ice cream, coffee, and restaurants. We loved proximity to hiking in Acadia, and swimming at Echo lake. We loved proximity to the SW bus stop to be able to get to Bar Harbor without a car.
