"The male (of a certain race) that checked us in looked right past me and greeted my husband when I walked thru the door first and would only deal with him. Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! "The snacks in the reception are ALL high in sugar. To use the hairdryer it needs to be pressed down at all times which is very frustrating. A simple on and off switch much more practical and makes it easier to use for people with joint issues. Shampoo is kindly supplied maybe it would be possible to supply a little conditioner!?
