"Emma sent us very clear directions and gave us a lovely welcome. Gardener's Cottage is well cared for, comfortable and in a lovely setting. It's is cosy but not cramped. We had a lovely holiday with highlights including Bribham Rocks and Fountains Abbey (both so much more extensive and stunning than we expected), Knaresborough's river Nidd (with stunning viaduct views from the castle and museum), and Harrogate's gardens all the way from the centre to RHS Harlow Carr. Betty's tea rooms deserve...

"We had a lovely stay at Lockton Cottage, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The welcome goodies were a great touch, and we really appreciated the tea, milk etc..after our long journey. We would definitely stay again."

"This is a gorgeous little property. We met Diane as we arrived, she was so lovely and accommodating (nice little touch was the biscuits and doggy treats. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable, the kitchen/living area was small but well equipped (no cooking on holiday!). We will certainly go back to The Bothy next time we are in the area."
