"Beautiful mountain view from the front porch! We saw lots of deer. The beds were comfortable! It has a really nice fireplace that was easy to turn on/off. We spent a day at Tweetsie Railroad for Heritage Weekend which was 30 miles away from the cabin. We traveled to Mt. Airy to visit the home place of Andy Griffith which was one and a half hours away. We didn't bring pets but it is pet friendly and would consider it for another stay."

"Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the stream. Waking up to the sound of it and finishing the day around the fire pit made the days seem long and lazy. "OFF THE GRID. 1 mile driveway leads to your own personal mountain cottage right next to a beautiful creek with three waterfalls house is well appointed even some extra kitchen items that were super helpful during our stay. "Happy Trees is a beautiful cabin and a great place to stay if you are looking to get away. We wentfor the 4th of July, and enjoys fireworks and parade in Boone. There was food delivery which was great after being out all day. I would definitely recommend this cabin to any family or even just a couple looking to log out."
