Everything is provided plenty of plates, cups, utensils, towels etc and it’s beautifully decorated.However, the property is listed as dog friendly (which it is) but other properties listed in the advert that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture, this property however did not. "It was right on busy road with inconvenient parking as unloading was difficult. The carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt like someone had smoked inside. Heating difficult to control. Not a good experience would not stay there again."

"Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready).
