"We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host. "6 night stay for a reunion with friends. The Olde Tavern is a long time Orleans fixture and Very comfortable traditional motel. Nothing trendy or fancy, but well maintained and clean. All basic needs fully met. The proprietor and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Very nice continental breakfast spread was better than expected. Good coffee too! Great location and a rare good value on the Outer Cape"

"A long standing Orleans establishment with a long track record of happy customers. Clean, comfy beds, quick hot water, extra large fridge, updated rooms, delicious muffins. The ONLY thing I wish they had was separate reading lights. Trying to read while my wife was trying to sleep the only option is the overhead LED lights that shine directly over the bed. It would be a really nice to have option. "
