"Lots of homeless people wandering around the property, people passed out in the stairwell every day. Spoke to front desk, they won’t do anything about it. No towels, no washcloths, no soap or shampoo. We were asked to use our own. No place to store clothes."

"Great cost-benefit. Overall, you receive much more that you pay. Quiet place, and near to the Westminster station (about 20 minutes by train to the Union Station in Denver). The staff was very kind and the room was clean. However, there was a smell of smoke in the room, but if you turn on the AC, it disappears quickly :)"

"The staff were accommodating, particularly Jasmine! Would absolutely stay here again! Great breakfast selection included and 24 hour coffee! Only real issue was traffic noise, but that's too be expected being directly adjacent to I25. I do recommend that the handicap parking have better nighttime lighting and that repairs be made to the black top so that debris isn't tripped over."

"Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled a confirmed...

"I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and found it adequate, but the property is showing its age and could use some maintenance. Our room had a very wobbly table, a missing electrical outlet cover, visible water stains/damage, and carpets that needed cleaning. The complimentary breakfast was typical and included waffles, muffins, cereal, and pre-prepared hot items. It wasn't anything special, but it was sufficient.
