"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Locations entrance includes a set of stairs and there is no information provided that an alternative entry point is available. Individuals requiring assistance are not aware of an alternative entrance find themselves carrying their luggage upstairs unnecessarily. It needs to include better communication about injury in the building with luggage are those with special needs."

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"I was surprised when we were given our room that is was not in the main hotel but in another building the Best Western had acquired 3 buildings down from the hotel. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. We had to push our luggage in the cart on the side of the road and watch out for traffic on the way. Also walk back and forth daily for breakfast and for the pool access, it was definitely second rate and not like staying at a nice...

"We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...

"Tive uma boa surpresa ao chegar. Na verdade era um resort com apartamentos muito grandes. Um tanto antigos, mas muito acolhedores. Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. Inicialmente não localizaram nossa reserva, mas o atendente foi muito simpático e nos deu uma acolhida excelente, dando informações sobre o que visitar, onde comer, etc. No final ainda não aceitou a gorjeta.
