"This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. "The property clearly had an issue with moisture. It smelled like mold and mildew. We ran the AC and the dehumidifier. It wasn't good. One of the beds was not in good condition and it felt like a spring would poke you. The entire property is dated and not in great overall condition. We would not stay there again. We actually left a night early. "

"The house was perfect for my family while attending the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a fantastic space where we had enough room to bond and decompress from long days listening to fantastic music. The space was clean, comfortable, and we easily felt right at home quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were lovely. I only wish we had a few more days to enjoy the kayaks and local beaches after the festival. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would book...
