"We just loved stay there. It was during hurricane Erin. They gave us a safe and lovely room. One staff member stayed on duty and checked on us various times throughout the night which was reassuring. Generator power came on when electricity went off. Staff came daily to replenish towels and anything we needed. We did manage a swim beforehand and it was really nice with excellent snorkeling. The swimming pool was great and food was good. We’ll be back"

"Neria at the front desk was so professional and kind! She is a gem and made our stay sooo nice!! And Ashur-Marie, one of the managers, was a amazingly helpful w all questions. The hotel was new, immaculate, and our room was huge and overlooking the ocean. It is across the street from the best beach on the island. Our room was smart wired. TV was big and nice. "This was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The hotel is spectacular, as is the shuttle service and the hotel staff. The only thing I didn't like is that when you purchase the stay package, they don't tell you about the room and service fees, and then they charge you at the end of your stay, which are unavoidable. But the stay was truly spectacular!!!"

Bom hotel (simples, mas confortável e limpo) no centro e próximo aos ferries que levam para as ilhas vizinhas. Não há praias no centro - o ideal é alugar um carro (tem locadora no próprio hotel). Preço justo, considerando que estadia é muito cara na ilha."

"Our stay at the Aerial BVI was exceptional. The property is breathtaking, the staff is so kind and cater to your every need.
