"I had a room at the rear of the property which was very quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom came with a lovely bath with shower over. Storage was plentiful with a wardrobe and 4 large drawers. You could hear the occupants of the adjoining room but it wasn't an issue. Parking is avaliable at the front/side and rear of the property. I have learned from experience not to park under the trees as you will return to find your car with bird droppings. I always stay here when...

"If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend!"

"From the moment I checked in to the check out, I have nothing but praise for the staff at this hotel. Nice to actually have people who can engage, laugh and perform their duties professionally. Yes the room I had was maybe a bit tired, the hotel is ongoing refurbishing as we speak. The room was clean, functional and was more than adequate. Great location. Can't recommend highly enough. "One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak.
