Gather your favorite people and head to 5-bedroom, 4-bath Villa Emmanuel, on the quiet shores of Cayman Kai near Rum Point. A private pool and cabana at the edge of the sea provide the setting for lazy afternoons in the sun, cocktail in hand. When you want to explore the island, youā€™re in luck. Some of Grand Caymanā€™s natural wonders are within easy walking distance. Observe Caribbean sea life at Starfish Point, walking distance from the villa and Stingray City, a short boat ride away, two photo-worthy locations where these creatures gather.

Also close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offer up not only some lovely beachfront, but also a smorgasbord of wining & dining options from beach barbecue to tropical cocktails to gourmet cuisine. Not to mention water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet-skiing and boating. Kaibo Yacht Club is just a 15-minute walk, while Rum Point is a short drive away. A rental car is recommended for easier access to the airport (45 minutes away), George Town and Seven Mile Beach.

Make sure to return to Villa Emmanuel before sunset! The sunā€™s finale as it sinks into the Caribbean Sea is unforgettable, especially from your private swimming pool at the waterā€™s edge. The residential area where Villa Emmanuel is located means you will get lots of peace and quiet from blissful sunset to sunrise and back again. When itā€™s time for bed, your options are plentiful with 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with a queen, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. A total of 10 guests can sleep very comfortably at Villa Emmanuel, making it an easy choice for family reunions or friend getaways.

In the morning, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious center island awaits to be filled with the scent of freshly brewed coffee and a platter of crispy bacon. Barstools at the center island, plus a breakfast nook that seats 6, welcomes everyone to begin the day together in paradise!

Spectacular!

Spacious and lovely, Villa Emmanuel is located in a quiet area with dazzling ocean and sunset views. An amazing pool area and covered cabana was a favorite gathering place for our party of eight. We arranged jet ski rental and other beach activities at Rum Point and enjoyed delicious meals at Kaibo Grill, Over the Edge, and luscious drinks at Rum Point. The villaā€™s property manager, Barbara, promptly answered all our inquiries, helped set up grocery delivery before our arrival, and provided information for a local chef to prepare authentic cuisine right from the villaā€™s own kitchen. Canā€™t wait to return to this paradise!

Best Spring Break Ever!

We loved staying at Rum Pointe in the Villa Emmanuel. Our own beach plus pool were perfect for our family which ranged in age from 7 to 70. The location is perfect - close to a market and restaurants, and the view of the sunset is remarkable!! Will definitely do again!

Amazing!

First of all Barbara and her husband did a great job as the property manager. Very responsive and helpful. Property is exactly as described. Stayed with 10 people ranging from 2, to my parents that are 60. Everyone commented that the beds seemed too firm at first, but were very comfortable. Pool and beach access was great. Screened in porch wasn't necessary for the time of year, but if you go when it is buggy this would have been a great addition. Kayaks provided were used multiple times a day. Location was quiet and great access to Kaibo marina for stingray city excursion (highly recommend). Kitchen could use a large cookie sheet, and the beach needs sand brought in to cover the palm tree roots. Amazing sea life right out the back door. We saw hundreds of starfish, fish, crabs, hermit crabs, lionfish (away from the beach and from the kayak, no worries). Very close to bio bay. Island was very clean and the locals are extremely nice. Very safe place to vacation with family. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend this house and property manager.

Cayman Kai house review

The house is beautiful, location is great, and the view out the back is fabulous. The kitchen has enough dishes for an army (but not a lot of storage area for all the food). Only one bedroom has a dedicated attached bath. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, two bedrooms upstairs both use a small stand alone bathroom. The small bathroom downstairs is very handy. The light switches are a mystery, and most arenā€™t labeled. Some of the switch locations are curious (one of the outside light switches is in the laundry room). A book with information about the house, restaurant recommendations and area attractions would be great. All in all a very nice stay.

We all fell in love with the Cayman Kai area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe with dining and water sports within walking distance. Access to the Bioluminescence Bay was a plus for evening entertainment.

Second Rum Run

Villa Emmanuel served us well! There were small issues w broken furniture outside, but nothing that bothered us. The house has tons of room and several areas to gather for board games or just to talk. Pool was great. Small beach is nice, but beware the jelly fish. Two of us were stung while snorkeling just off the beach. Small rays visited us each morning to feed in close to shore. Several starfish just iff shore. Kayaked to Starfish Point, but wind made it a chore coming back. Kitchen was great. Kaibo bbq was decent but it has gotten out of control price wise, imo, so beware.

Wonderful week at Villa Emmanuel!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Emmanuel! We brought our 13 and 14 year old along with my 80 year old parents and my mother in law. This was a perfect house for a multi-generational stay. The house had everything so we didnā€™t have to leave to enjoy our stay. The main floor bedroom was perfect for my father who has challenges with steps. With the pool and the beach just a few steps down - it worked for everyone!!! We enjoyed our coffee and puzzles in the screened in porch and spent most of our day in the pool and ocean. There is a nice swimming area out front to float in the water. We loved the kayaks! We paddled toward rum point most mornings and saw sting rays along the way. Finger bay is also a great place to kayak. Lots of beach loungers to lounge and read on the beach. We had groceries delivered from Hurleyā€™s - delivered for our arrival. We made a couple small trips to the Chisholm store for a few items. We made most meals at the house with the grill but enjoyed Kaibo and Over the Edge for a couple of meals. The caves were also fun to check out since they were right down the road. This is the quiet part of the island and we loved it! Very peaceful! I would highly recommend Villa Emmanuel! It was clean, spacious and a beautiful home to spend a week in!

Fantastic home in run point

This house was perfect. Looked just like the listings and was in an ideal location. An extra surprise was that we were right on the bioluminescent bay and could have that experience right out the door. We will definitely be renting this house again.

The view was the best!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. House was very clean, spacious and kitchen was well-stocked. We loved using the kayaks & rented snorkel gear from Rum Point. Beautiful house in a great location

Everything about Villa Emmanuel was wonderful. The house is well maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered lots of room inside and outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything our family needed. There are plenty of pool floats, snorkel gear and other water toys, and it was so nice to be able to kayak whenever we wanted right from the private beach. Great location on the quieter side of the island!

Great house in amazing location

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Clean, spacious and accurate to the listing. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch every morning, looking out over the turquoise water. We saw starfish, iguanas and plenty of fish all from the private beach. Itā€™s about a 45 minute drive from the airport and busier area of Seven Mile Beach, but we loved the quieter, laid back vibe of Cayman Kai / Rum Point. We walked down to Kaiboā€™s coffee shop every morning. About a 10 minute walk. Kaibos also has a beach BBQ on Tuesdays with a band and limbo. Fun activities for the kids. Heading in the other direction, Rum Point Bar is newly renovated and about a mile up the road. Overall, fantastic house. Just watch for falling coconuts on the private beach out back!

Outstanding!

We weee two families- one with teens and one with adult kids. Beautiful property in quiet perfect location. Property manager was super helpful. Great for snorkeling, kayaking, swimming. A few great restaurants around. Close to Chisolms for day to day needs and we had delivery from Shirleyā€™s and Blackbeardā€™s waiting for us which worked great. Highly recommend this place and this management team.

Beautiful house!

Great house. It will really be an amazing stay once Rum Points construction is complete. Which seems like it will be done soon. The place looks exactly like the photos, and if I had a question it was answered quickly. The directions were spot on. We had a great time. There were even tubes and kayaks for us. It was great! We left some extra floats and masks to pay it forward.

The house was clean as can be!! We have a family of 7. 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Having a private pool and beach was awesome. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels bath and beach. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. 5 STARS all the way. We will definitely return. Barbara the property manager was great to work with. When we arrived there was 1 little problem and she said someone would be there to fix it on Monday. Well she did even better and they fixed it on Sunday. BBQ was 1 of the reasons I rented. Only complaint is they need a new wire brush for the grill. Kayaks were awesome, snorkeling kayaks,snorkeling,kayaksā€¦..etc overall rating is above 5 stars, money well spent. Best vacation ever

Relaxing Vacation

Villa Emmanuel is a beautiful, well appointed home in an excellent location. Our family enjoyed the private beach, the kayaks, the swimming pool and sharing all the meals we prepared in this home's well supplied kitchen. The proximity to Kaibo Bay, the Bioluminescence Bay and Rum Point was a big plus for some fun activities. Barbara did a great job staying in touch and quickly responding to any questions we had. The grounds and pool were kept in great shape during our stay. Thank you Barbara.
