The secured parking was a nice benefit for the area, as street parking can be hard to find at certain times of the day. "O hotel tem uma arquitetura simpática que destoa com a frieza e falta de empatia dos funcionários, sobretudo um ou outro da recepção. A localização é boa, menos turística, bairro gostoso e com boas opções para fazer pequenas compras e conhecer bares e restaurantes. A parte ruim, além da antipatia, ficou pela Internet que, durante uma semana e 4 dispositivos diferentes, apareceu quando quis. Não vá se estiver pensando em trabalhar / fazer reunião do hotel. A instabilidade irrita. Não há chamada que possa ser completada, nem vídeo que possa ser reproduzido. Reclamamos diversas vezes e nada foi feito. Outro ponto (sério) é a questão da calefação. O aparelho estava completamente desregulado, tornando o quarto a própria antessala do inferno. No penúltimo dia, um funcionário regulou. Não cheguei a usar pijama nem cobertor. Era tão quente que um borrifador de água gelada era o que me salvava. "
