"Excellent location, but serviceable accommodation. While acknowledging Sydney prices, and over the Christmas period, at the price point (2k for 3 nights) amenities could have been better to be honest. While tidy enough, it needed a deep clean, the courtyard was a bit of a jungle, and the appliances need replacing (for e.g. TV didn’t really work whether terrestrial or trying to access apps through the attached dongle - not a smart TV). There were no wine glasses, and the main shower was leaky....

"We had a great stay here, it was a very nice place. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials, communication with the host was good. The thing that wasn't so great was that the WiFi would only really work in the Studio in the middle of the night. Once it got to be around 6 am, it was very spotty and unstable, or didn't even work at all."
