"Apesar da localização ser ao lado do cemitério, isto não prejudicou em nada a minha estadia. O hotel eh muito bem localizado ficando a poucas quadras da Queen Street, a principal rua de comércio de Auckland. A limpeza fica um pouco a desejar.. só eh realizada sem custo uma vez por semana. A internet eh Free, mas tem renovar o acesso toda semana. Os quartos mais altos tem uma bela vista da cidade. A academia atende perfeitamente para aqueles que quiserem exercitar durante a estadia."

"HOTEL: Boa parte dos funcionários são muito simpáticos e bem preparados para atender, acolher e dar informações, especialmente duas mulheres que ficam após o horário do almoço que infelizmente não me recordo o nome agora. CAFÉ-DA-MANHÃ: Estava incluso, porém não possui muita variedade e é repetitivo, se quiser algo diferente tem que pagar. Também tem no quarto algumas comidas de café-da-manhã, mas se você usar, nesse dia não pode pegar o café do restaurante, corre o risco de ser cobrado. QUARTO:...

"This was a great stay while in Auckland. Near to so many great cafes and the room had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry as we were in New Zealand for 25 days. The bed was very comfy and the room spotless. Pennie was exceptionally helpful and so flexible with an early check in and giving us good suggestions on what to do, where to go and where to eat. A fabulous experience. "
