"As most of you already know at this property you pay for 1 week at a time. The staff is friendly the service is wonderful. There is a state of the art laundry room. Location is convenient to both downtown and San Antonio Airport and InTown suites has the best Hotel Wi-Fi in San Antonio. Whenever you turn the TV on all of the channels and programs gently scroll across the screen in big letters. Air conditioning is top notch. WOW!"

"We got locked out of our room the same day they cleaned it & with no one at the reception area we had to call someone to let us in, but we couldn't get another key until the next day. And that was a pain in the butt too!!!"

"Nice option for airport area. Two good restaurants walking distance, but otherwise isolated (as most airport hotels). Large room, nice kitchen area, clean and silent."
