"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. "It’s been a long time since I wanted to leave a review for a hotel. But this place is an awesome place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great, and the price for the amount of room you get is phenomenal. Other hotels should look at this property as a model of how to do it. This is my new goto location when I’m passing thru the area. Highly recommend "

"I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There...
