"You pay for what you get. The home was nice but it definitely got hot upstairs. I would recommend the host installing an ac for upstairs or purchasing some fans for the property "

"Belle grande et vieille maison bien rénovée. Loge très bien 8 personnes (2 familles). Les lits sont confortables. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Beau grand espace extérieur pour manger, faire du BBQ et pour jouer avec les enfants et 2 grands stationnement . Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Le seul petit bémol est la rue passante devant la maison qui est bruyante. La ville de Picton est très charmante et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds de la maison. Aussi très bien situé pour...

"Everything was great, we loved the site and the services. The house was very clean and we loved the veranda. But 2 things to say : the AC was really noisy, so we had to close it during the night. Second, some hooks were missing to dry our towels."

"Spacious but cozy cottage in a peaceful and secluded spot. Everything was nicely maintained, and basic amenities were provided. There's even a swing and side set in the front yard but it needs a good hose down. We also really enjoyed the solarium. Hosts were highly responsive and helpful. Only 12 minute drive to the beach, which was great! "

"Amazing place with wild rabbits and chipmunks running about. It is close to sandbanks beach and with a great view out the back over the fields with the sunset. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and with sharp knives."

"We loved this house overlooking the water! So charming and spacious."

"The house was gorgeous and the location was excellent. We were two families with 4 kids among us (ages 3-8). The big backyard, quiet street and large cozy bedrooms were terrific and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!"

"Stayed for 4 nights at the Dylan. Beautiful views of Picton Bay seen through expansive windows. Well appointed home that made our stay a wonderful get away. We’ve been coming to the County for more than 10 years and have stayed at a number of properties. The Dylan is now our favourite. "
