"It's pretty much as described. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should. The hosts are responsive and helpful when asked, but otherwise we didn't even know they were around. Easy access to everything we wanted to see/do. Pool is maintained perfectly. Plenty of on-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the patio. "Rented this gorgeous home for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect! It is set up well for adults to have their own space but also wonderful and large community spaces. The highlight is definitely the gorgeous pool area, though we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable living room and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The property managers we absolutely fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed assistance. 10/10 and I would definitely rent again!"

"I spent a wonderful long weekend in this Fern Valley house. The neighborhood is very quiet, I enjoyed listening to bird songs, the house is all surrounded by beautiful trees. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. A great living room for relaxing and reading. A full kitchen for making your own meals if you feel like it.
