"Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. "The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"

"This stay was horrible. The entire building was rough looking. The AC wasn’t working properly. The tv remote was missing and was replaced with a remote that didn’t even work. Our room was never cleaned. The front desk never answered the phone when I’d call. The man who checked us in was rude and inconsiderate. My 4 year old son was playing with my friend and the attendant said “what’s wrong with him” as if my child, being a child, was defected. "
