"Fenced in backyard, condo exceeded expectations as did the weather!"

"This little rental is one of 3 on the property. There are some steep stairs if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We stayed on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked sufficiently to prep our own meals. We could easily walk to the beach access (maybe 1/4 mile?) we had access to a fenced yard and there was on-site parking. For this price point I think this rental shows a lot of effort to create a comfortable space on a budget. I would stay here again if I needed a cost...

"We had a great time staying here. I have four small kids, and we were able to make the walk to the beach without too many problems--about a 15 minute walk with a wagon and the beach stuff. The Bluebill Beach access was great--plenty of people but always some room. The unit itself was as advertised. A/C worked great; stores are very close for grocery trips. We would consider staying here again."
