Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!

There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.
