There are 5 parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, two living areas, washer and dryer, private 30x16 pool, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included.

Family Vacation

Great property. Enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The 9 bedrooms and 2 kitchens were great for our group of 16. Our second year of renting this property and we will be back.

I guess I didn’t realize that when you rent both units in order to get to the top floor, you have to go through the master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor We just told everyone if the doors are closed, use the outside stairs it really wasn’t a big problem

Wonderful Property - Fantastic Stay

This property is everything it's described to be. The pictures don't do it justice. The house and outside pool area are just as described. There was a grill - which made outdoor cooking easy. Laundry room was downstairs (by pool) which made it easy to throw towels and clothes in while we relaxed by the pool and cooked. Short walk to the beach. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.

N Myrtle Family Vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. Having 9 bedrooms and multiple baths was great. The highlights of this house are the pool area and close proximity to the beach. There were a few negatives as well including low water pressure, unreliable internet and tv, staircase to the second level that was accessed thru the master bathroom, no recreation room in the house. We have been coming to N Myrtle for over 60 years. I would rate this property an 8.5 on a scale of 10.

Family Vacation

Our family 21 of us, enjoyed our vacation. The home was comfortable and large enough for all. The pool was enjoyable after hot day at the beach. We made lasting memories including 4 of us came home with Covid! Thank you all!

Great Stay

This property is beautiful. Was SUPER close to the beach (walking distance). Having two kitchens was a great help with a family of 20. The bedrooms were perfect. The only thing I would have changed is the sharing of the bathrooms. Could use at least one more bath. I would defiantly stay here again!!!!!

First Family Post Covid Get-together

We stayed at this house with our six children and their spouses and all of our grandchildren age 11 months to 17 years old and we had a wonderful vacation. The layout of the house was perfect. We did not at anytime feel crowded. The pool area is wonderful and big enough for everyone too spread out and the different age groups of grandchildren to be together without issues. The bedroom/bed layout worked for the 7 different families we had. And this house met the parking challenge we ran into trying to find a house to accommodate us. We had 8 vehicles parked at the house comfortably and still had sitting area under the house. We appreciated the washer and dryer for washing towels and clothing from swimming. We purchased the linen package and it was worth it. Both kitchens were fully furnished as well, so cooking was a breeze. We were right across the street from the beach so we just walked over there any time. I would highly recommend renting this home for your family get together/ vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome Family Vacation

The Atlantic chill property was just as yes as described. We spent a week there for a family vacation celebrating 2 milestone birthdays. We had 26 people there for a couple of days and it was very comfortable. Loved having 2 kitchens and 2 living room and the private pool (only things I would add would be umbrellas in the pool area for a little more shade). The kitchens were well stocked and we cooked and grilled several days. Comfortable furniture and beds. One and a 1/2 blocks to the ocean gave everyone what they were looking for in a vacation.

Great Post COVID Family Vacation.

My family was able to get together after being separated due to COVID. This house was in a great location. My son and nephews were able to golf; the younger kids enjoyed the pool immensely and there was plenty of room to spread out and read by the pool. The house was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Being a 1/2 block away from the beach was awesome having little ones. House pictures are accurate and house was super clean.

Family vacation

My first Brno

Property was true to pictures and very clean. Had one issue with the toilet, but the owner had it resolved the very next day. This place is well worth the money spent. I tip my hat to the property owner.

50th Birthday Weekend

This house is very beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. The two kitchen areas were perfect for our party of 13. We had plenty of space to cook and gather for large dinners. The house was very current, beautiful furniture, and again, very, very clean! It had everything we needed with a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. Will definitely return to this home!

Beautiful home with a roach problem

The home we stayed in was a beautiful home. It was in an amazing neighborhood. The home was beautiful and had great furnishings and amenities. We booked the home for my daughter's graduation. But then my sister put food in the downstairs kitchen and out came the roaches. We were shocked that a place as lovely and well kept had that kind of problem. We emailed the homeowner and let her know about the problem. She answered that in the SC climate they were Palmetto bugs and normal for the type of climate. And that if we weren't satisfied with the accommodations we could get our money back and find other accommodations the next morning. The fact that we were a party of 12 and children would have made it rather difficult to find lodgings at such short notice, I did not make waves. So we did what we could to make it better. At our own expense we bought insect spray and bug traps. We were extremely careful when putting out food and made the best of the situation. We kept the counters wiped down and we served most of the food Al Fresco. The guests that came never knew. But we did. My daughter's graduation dinner was a success but no thanks to the homeowner. They were not Palmetto bugs but common household cockroaches and in a home that nice it marred an otherwise great family event! Our family has stayed in many Airbnb's in the South. Family Christmas Vacation 2020

Beautiful property! Very spacious!! Everything a family needs to relax and enjoy. Close to the Beach. Great experience to have all family members in one house hold for Christmas. Property owner was very quick to respond to any concerns.
