    The Space:

    Simply enjoy a little slice of paradise as the perfect beach getaway in North Myrtle Beach awaits! This lovely property is only two blocks from the beach and is close to amusement areas, yet offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. When you're not enjoying the sand and waves, you'll be within walking distance to Main Street and Ocean Blvd ( home of the Shag) where ice cream shops, restaurants, and games at the ski ball arcade await!



    During your stay, you will discover that comfort is key. With plush living quarters, modern amenities, and tasteful decor, this home has it all. The main living area boasts ample seating and a large TV. From here, you can visit with those you love in the adjacent dining room and kitchen. The chef in your family will delight in cooking in this gleaming kitchen with a center island. With its suite of stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and gadgets like an air fryer and instant pot, you'll have everything needed to make beautiful culinary creations at your fingertips. Share in family meals at the breakfast bar, alfresco in one of the outdoor living spaces, or for fancier meals, at the formal dining table.



    Each of the bedrooms in this stay boasts ample storage space, soft bedding, and central air-conditioning, ensuring that everyone is content and comfortable with their space. In the primary bedroom, you'll love the walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with double vanities and a marble walk-in shower. Additional interior perks include the 'bunk room,' laundry room, and hang-out room, which is home to a foosball table and a board game collection. In the garage, you'll find an excellent hang-out space for the adults, equipped with a pool table, Ping-pong table, and comfortable seating - gather together here and enjoy some playful camaraderie.



    Outside the amenities only continue as you'll have private access to an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a balcony, a patio, and of course, the romantic hot tub.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the amenities immensely. The beach was just a short walk away and the location was great for restaurants and ice cream shops. We are definitely looking forward to returning next year.

Excellent location for a golf trip - huge first floor garage/basement had plenty of storage room for clubs and the upstairs was clean and spacious.

Kitchen has everything you need and more the hot tub was amazing and clean! All the rooms were clean and the pictures don’t do the place justice it’s way bigger and nicer than I thought from looking at the pictures! It’s 3 min walk from the beach which is also amazing! Blew my expectations away in every way. Only downside is Just bring your own water because the water there isn’t that great

The house was very comfortable for our family of 10. Very spacious and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room and things to do to accommodate everyone. Close to shopping and activities. Requested service for a minor issue with dryer and it was fixed shortly thereafter and even received extra towels to accommodate. Hot tub and grill were perfect for our stay

What a fantastic place!

We loved everything about it! Private, close to the beach, right by lots of shops/restaurants, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds… this place has it all! We had multiple families on a beach trip, and it was wonderful! If we go back to Myrtle Beach, we will stay here for sure!

Spring break training/softball

This property was beautiful! Gorgeously decorated, clean, very comfortable, close to everything, very spacious and perfect for our dog! The hot tub was a great amenity for the chilly evenings too. A perfect choice if you’re coming to N Myrtle

The house is very spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. It’s close to the beach and had all the cooking utensils needed. It’s great for large families. The beds are very comfortable. The only drawbacks is parking and the Wi-Fi is not great.

Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, Close to beach

This is a great place for larger families to enjoy time together. Plenty of activities if you want to stay indoors-games, Foosball table, 2 pool tables, ping pong. Plenty of TV's. Large enough for privacy, but a large family room for all to gather in. Very nice.

Family vacation

Hot tub was great and all the fun games inside!! We loved it. Only thing was WiFi did not work very well so tvs had to have our hot spot connected to be able to watch tv. Everything else was GREAT!

Short walk to the beach but very nice place!

Our family of 14 really enjoyed our stay here at Strand Ave Estate! Plenty of sleeping space, kitchen appliances & utensils and fun. Needed more towels so had to continue to wash them and the view that we expected is now a house being built, but we still enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and the staff even came and drained and cleaned the hot tub for us. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Hurricane vacation

I forgot to pay my travel insurance and hurricane warnings were advised. Therefore our vacation was cut shor and we lost money because we only stayed 2 out of 4 nights. We enjoyed what time we spent here. It’s a nice place and everyone enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Internet was down and that meant no tv.

Great beach house with steps

The home is lovely but if navigating steps are not your thing, this model may not be best fit for you. There are stairs. Beyond that the home is nicely decorated and relaxing. The televisions and WiFi can be sketchy - when you have savvy people struggle to get them to working that’s not good. But I’m optimistic this will be fixed soon.

Roomy house and short walk to beach

The inside of house was neat & clean. Temperature control was very good. More small trash cans were needed since only one bathroom had one. TV worked fine as did internet access. The yard off the patio needed cleaning. Many small brown socks were scattered around the vegetation. A large oil spot after the right garage entrance was there when we arrived.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our stay at this home. The house was clean and getting in was easy. The hot tub never went above 99 degrees. I reached out to maintenance who came to check it but didn’t know how to repair it and I never got any followup or apology. It was disappointing but our only problem. Otherwise everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again with the expectation that we wouldn’t have a hot tub.

Tons of space

The place is nice and we enjoyed it but there were a few issues. There is a large house under construction behind it, so you can no longer see the ocean as their pictures depict. The microwave didn’t work. There was no remote for the upstairs game room. The grass was not maintained at all. Probably like 3-4 feet tall. They did bring us a microwave and remote 2 days into the stay. The rooms are all really nice and the house has a ton of space. It’s only a few blocks walk to the beach as well. I would recommend it overall
