We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was very clean, they allowed dogs (with a fee), and the Wi-Fi/TV’s worked well. Don’t forget to bring your trash bags, extra toilet paper, and any type of soap or paper towels (on top of your towels and linens). Just a few things I we noticed were in disrepair that were somewhat disappointing. First, one of the sinks was broken and we thought it was clogged until we pulled the plug out of the middle and realized it was just broken. Second, the front door drags, so if there is any rain or moisture it seems to pull it into the house which is making the flooring curl (and the seal on the door is not tight). And then when we used the washer and dryer we couldn’t get the dryer to dry anything for more than 10-20 minutes at a time (not to mention how loud). If you have rude upstairs neighbors like we did, you won’t be getting any sleep because the floors are quite thin and everything sounds like stomping. But it’s a great deal because you do get a great spot with a pool (although it was closed for the season) right across from the beach and hidden from the hustle and bustle.
