Parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, with parking passes required. Guests can enjoy all the resort amenities, including the oceanfront pool, kiddie pools, lazy river, and indoor pool.

Other Things to Note:
• Age Limit: You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
• Driver's License & Rental Agreement: Guests must provide a copy of their driver's license and sign the Affordable Large Properties rental agreement to complete the booking.
• No Rentals to Locals: We do not rent to locals.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the unit. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• No House Parties: This is a family-friendly property, and house parties are not permitted.
• No Motorcycles, Trailers, or Golf Carts: These are not allowed on the property.
• Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, with parking passes that must be displayed at all times.
