*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



The Neighborhood:

Lovely gated and quiet community Waterway Landing located directly on the intracoastal waterway. Our complex has a waterfront grill and picnic area just steps from the condo as well as a private pool with sun loungers just for Waterway Landing guests. The beach is a short 5 minute drive from the condo, with parking available for a small fee (around $3/hour).



Getting Around:

Amazing central location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach with free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.
