- The hallway provides access to:

- Oceanfront 2BR/2BA unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

- Ocean-view 1BR/1BA unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Important Policies:

- No Smoking & No Pets:

- This unit is strictly non-smoking—smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.

- Pets are not allowed—no exceptions.

- Parking:

- Up to 2 parking permits will be provided per reservation.

- Boats and trailers are not permitted, but motorcycles are allowed.

- Fireworks & Laser Pointers:

- Fireworks are illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property.

- Laser pointers are also illegal and may not be used from the property.

- Age Requirement & House Rules:

- House parties are strictly prohibited.

- We cater to families with children.

- If booking as a group of individuals, ALL guests must be over the age of 25.

- We do not allow chaperoned student groups or student bookings unless all guests are over 25 years old.
