- Only 1 parking permit is provided per reservation.

- Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted.

- Fireworks & Laser Pointers:

- Fireworks are illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property.

- Laser pointers are also illegal and may not be used from the property.

- Age Requirement & House Rules:

- House parties are strictly prohibited.

- We cater to families with children.

- If booking as a group of individuals, ALL guests must be over the age of 25.

- We do not allow chaperoned student groups or student bookings unless all guests are over 25 years old.

- Rental Agreement:

- A signed rental agreement is required and will be sent via email.

- It must be returned by fax, USPS, or email before check-in.
