This condo sits on the seventh floor of Bay Watch Resort, a beachfront property with direct access to the sand downstairs on the ground floor. You'll have access to incredible amenities and 18 water features on the grounds, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lazy river, kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and several on-site restaurants.

At Bay Watch, you'll also be treated to free DVD rentals, a package of tickets from local partners, fun kids' activities (such as shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games) in summer, and activities for snowbirds (such as card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets) all winter.

The heart of this condo is the oceanfront balcony, accessible through floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room. It's a beautiful spot to watch the sun come up, sip your morning coffee, or relax with a tropical cocktail at golden hour.

The interior is well-equipped for your every need, offering an oceanfront living room with a cable TV, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and such conveniences as central air, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Of the two bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a primary suite with its own small balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
