Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condo - Crescent Sands H-5

This condo is decorated to make you feel right at the beach - you won't want to leave! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). This bedroom has updated bedding It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. The living room also has a sleeper sofa and is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Nice family beach getaway!

Very clean, matches the description of the ad, very quiet location and beach for Myrtle area, which we loved! Awesome balcony with multiple views, tons of sleeping space for our 3 adults and 3 kids. Only complaint is the elevator, which was a little crowded. But we visited during the busy season so was to be expected! We will be back!

Awesome getaway

Very clean and great location! Had 2 working elevators and hotel carts as well as shopping carts to make carrying luggage and groceries easy in 1 or 2 trips.

The property location is great. The unit however could use some updating. The counter tops, tables, and glass doors were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall though, it’s a nice place to stay.

Great property!

We had the best week! The condo was exactly what it looked liked/listed everything it included, it was clean and cozy, the view was amazing! Our kids loved going outside on the balcony every morning and loved the pool! The walk to the beach was very short which is a big plus with 3 kids! Overall a very great stay and we will be booking for next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great condo...great location!!

This is a very nice condo with lots of great features. Clean & comfortable furnishings, washer & dryer, fully appointed kitchen with all appliances, large dining table as well as breakfast bar & beautiful views from inside the living room! The location at Crescent Beach is perfect. Love the spacious balcony and wonderful view! Access to the pool & beach is great. The parking & elevator are so convenient and the luggage carts make loading & unloading so easy!

Great beachfront experience

This was a great pick for a week at the beach. The building is nice, and the baggage carts are a great help. We really liked the patio setup and it was handy to places like the grocery store and restaurants. The king mattress was a little... bendy? But otherwise I was really pleased.

North Myrtle Beach condo

We enjoyed our stay. The location and the beach access was great. The unit was clean.I was on the 6th floor away from pool noise and had a great view of the ocean and beach. The beach is great in this area. Many great places to eat near by. The area around the condo was not as busy as in Myrtle Beach proper which is also a plus if you want a more laid back/relaxing experience. Make sure you check out the SHAG dancing at Fat Harolds on Main. Senior Disco at it's best.

Great place! Beautiful views!

Great place. Convenient to many local restaurants, mini golf etc. The building is well maintained. The view of the ocean is breath taking. New couches, good size, great balcony. The Place had everything we needed. The only issue was one of the stove burners did not work. no big deal as we had the other three…just putting in on here to raise awareness to the owners. Other then that, beach was perfect, place had everything you need! I would highly recommend! We are a family of five and had a blast!

Home away from home

The property was as described but with new couches in the living room. It is a bit dated, but it’s cozy and the view and beach access are amazing! We had a fabulous time in the condo on our socially distant vacation. The beaches were not too crowded and we had a lot of time in the pool for our youngest. We ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The beds were perfectly comfortable and the TVs were great for following the olympics. The location in North Myrtle Beach allowed us to avoid the crowds of Myrtle Beach and still make the most of our trip. Lots of restaurants with outdoor dining and with some planning we mini-golfed without the crowds in the morning and did a kayak tour to see logger head sea turtle nests. I’d love to see a Keurig added to the location. But with the washer/dryer combo in the unit, we really had all of the comforts of home.

Relaxing vacation

Location, accessibility to beach and check in/check out was awesome!! Condo had beautiful, beachy look and everything we needed for our stay. Only 2 things I would change....mattress in master bdrm probably should be replaced and the cushions on the patio need updated and/or replaced. Karen responded quickly to all of my questions. Would recommend.

We had a very nice time. Condo was clean and very convenient. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would do if it were mine would be a new couch and new mattress. Mattress is a little worn out on the balcony side and couch is past it’s prime. But is very nice and convenient and beach access is great.

The pictures on the listing do not do justice to the views from the porch. Access to the beach was incredible. The accommodations easily provided for our family of five. I highly recommend this location.

Nice Clean Condo in Great Location!

The pictures online don’t do this one justice! I was surprised by how nice it was when we arrived! This condo was super clean, was comfortable and had great views from its very large balcony. The location on the beach was great, as it was less crowded than just a little further north or south. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Even though there were no condiments, we understand the reasoning behind that (safety of guests) and we really didn’t care or miss them. FYI: there was salt and pepper. The kitchen bar had super cute light fixtures. The light over the dining table flickered quite a bit - no issues, but never really figured that out. The living room was very comfortable and had a nice TV. The guest bedroom had a smart TV, which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The carpet in the master bedroom could use a good cleaning. My allergies were acting up the first night in that room (I typically don’t have allergy issues), but I didn’t notice it after the first night. I was a little worried because this unit was right next to the elevator, but we didn’t hear a sound. It was actually very convenient to be next to the elevator. It’s in close proximity (walking distance) to a little ice cream shop that also had some food... although no food was being served when we were there due to Covid. Just a note: this is a very quiet building, but you can see your neighbors on their balconies and in their rooms. All in all, would highly recommend this property! It was easy to book, great communication and would definitely book again!

Family of 4 at Crescent Sands

Our 2nd time at Crescent Sands was just as good as the 1st. Love the private and quiet feel of the location and the building itself. Great condo with the best view and a large balcony with a table. Never a problem finding a covered parking spot. Beach is never packed full like it is in front of resorts. This is the only place we will stay when we come to Myrtle Beach.
