THE CONDO
YOUR CONDO

Coastal colors, a turquoise sofa, and a coral-print armchair create a bright place to unwind, with unobstructed Atlantic views through the sliding balcony doors. The living area connects to the kitchen and dining nook, while your private balcony offers seating for morning coffee and ocean sunrises.

Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the condo includes:
-A bedroom with two queen beds, shell-patterned bedding, room-darkening shades, and closet and dresser storage.
- A renovated bathroom with a double vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring a bench and grab bar.
- A kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses.
- Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, plus a dining table and children’s dinnerware.
Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, an HDTV with premium cable, and board games for relaxed evenings in.
- Air conditioning and central heating for year-round comfort.
- Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

THE RESORT
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire condo, including its private balcony and private entrance. Self check-in is through a keypad; your unique access code will arrive in a welcome email on the day of arrival, so you can go straight to the condo.

Resort wristbands provide access to shared waterfront amenities:
- Direct beachfront access.
- Multiple outdoor pools and sun loungers.
- A lazy river.
- A heated indoor pool.
- Shared hot tubs.

Shared pools and hot tubs are available year-round during designated hours. The resort also has an elevator, and your booking includes free on-site garage parking for one vehicle. Owner-only facilities are excluded from guest access.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Self Check-In: Go straight to your condo upon arrival! Access is managed by a coded lock. You will receive your unique access code in a welcome email on the day of your arrival.
- Beach Gear: Please note that beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs are not provided. They are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards.
- Long-Term Stays: Long-term stays are allowed, making this an ideal choice for an extended coastal escape..
- Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.
- Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
- Resort Facility Restrictions: Access to the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center is reserved for resort owners and is NOT available to our guests.

- Washer and Dryer are NOT in the condo but available on the `P` level of the resort.
We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

Gentle Reminder:
We’re committed to providing a warm, welcoming, and respectful experience. In return, we simply ask that you treat the property with care and leave it in the same condition you found it, aside from normal use.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
