Oceanfront Penthouse - Crescent Towers I 901

This spacious beachy condo has a penthouse view - book quickly because it goes fast! There are two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom(Remodeled 2022). The second master bedroom has a king bed under a skylight and direct access to a private bathroom( remodeled 2025). The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa and is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the corner balcony.

All condos are non-smoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

The condo was very nice. Very clean for the most part. Carpet could you a refresh.

Can't beat the view. Plenty of room for our group. The balcony was very spacious, with three access doors. The hose by the outdoor shower area had a broken nozzle but was still functioning. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the tropical storm. The elevator was going to be shut down for a day or two. With potential loss of power, flooding and having my elder mother with we decided to evacuate. I did not purchase the travelers insurance which I now highly suggest because I did email the host hoping there might be some consideration of reimbursement for a portion of the rental fee but got no response. But overall, we had good experience with what time we had while we were there.

Great stay

Very nice accommodations with a great view up and down the beach. Very convenient to the beach and everything in North Myrtle Beach. Excellent option for a family needing several bedrooms.

Family Beach Vacation

My daughter’s family and my grandson who spends every summer with us all enjoyed North Myrtle Beach. Spent everyday on the beach, my son-in-law bought a skimming board and spent time learning that fun, the teenagers slept in and then enjoyed the beach each afternoon and we played various games in the evenings. Not to mention all the different restaurants we enjoyed this week. Fun time spending it with our loved ones who live in different States. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo where we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we loved the balcony! Lots of memories were made this week! Thanks again!

It was great. We were six adult over 50. The condo had a great balcony size and ocean view. Only problem was one bedroom had a regular size bed not a queen.

Mid Summer Vacation

This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo was ideal for our group. Three seniors, two adults and two teenagers gave everyone their own space. Kitchen well stocked and enough work space. Close to grocery stores. I would recommend this unit.

The condo was perfect. It was clean and exactly how it was listed. The view was amazing. The location was awesome!! Will definitely be coming back here. My ONLY complaint would be the elevator. It was constantly breaking down

Extraordinary view!!!

Wonderful North Myrtle Beach rental unit! Absolutely would stay again. 4 bedroom. 3 bath, very spacious inside and on balcony. Extraordinary oceanfront views! One elevator services building and was very reliable during our stay. Unit could use some upgrades but know that everything is perfectly functional. Overall, great rental property!

Master bath needs a face lift Jacuzzi didn't work All furniture needs to be updated Owner personal items - family photos All of the mattresses are very comfy ( pro) Kitchen & bath cabinet updated In conclusion, I would rent it again as is. Enjoyed overall

We had to do a good bit of cleaning ourselves upon getting there, as it seemed the cleaning company was short staffed. Not that big of a deal though. Only complaint was the elevator was down quite a few times and having to haul things (and kids) to the 9th floor was a bit rough at times. We would stay here again though! Location was great and plenty of space in the condo.

Great views and very spacious

This property has everything a family could ask for. The space is very open which makes the view incredible! I will admit that some appliances and the stereo system are very out of date. Overall though, the experience was lovely, friendly, had THE best view I've ever had at Myrtle Beach! I would absolutely stay here again!

Final Ride

We came to NMB to spread my wife's ashes at sea. Had a beautiful day for that and a wonderful captain and mate for the process. This happened on Monday and the rest of the week was for rest and recharging. The unit was what we needed, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. While the overall unit was nice and the washer and dryer were new, there were several small thiings that diminished the overall satisfaction. The battery in the wall clock was worn out and I replaced. The batteries in the double bed room were bad and held in by only tape, back was missing. The rod for the curtain in the master came off while trying to close the curtain. The brackets for the rod were not substantial enough. Too many sharp knives in the kitchen. I found several that were still dirty. Ice bucket in the refrigerator was dirty and had to be washed before use. The lights around the couch were questionable as to use. The one with the seashells had three repairs in the cord and I was afraid to use. The other light on the endtable gave only minimal light for reading. The glass on the coffee table was missing thus making it impossible to set anything on. Like I said, nothing major, just a lot of little things.

Beautiful setting for our family vacation!

This property and location were perfect for our annual family beach vacation. Incredible views of NMB. Watched dolphin swim by while enjoying early morning coffee on the balcony. Only negative with this property is the elevator was out of order twice during our week long stay.
