Welcome to your spacious oceanfront getaway at Mar Vista Grande, perfectly located in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests ideal for families or group stays.

Parking Information:

Guests are required to have parking passes during their stay.

Please note that all standard cars and SUVs should be parked on Levels 2–4 of the garage. Level 1 is reserved for oversized vehicles, including high-top vans and other taller vehicles.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire condo and resort amenities throughout their stay. This includes the private 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious oceanfront balcony.

Resort Access:
Guests have access to all Mar Vista Grande amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, fitness center, and direct beach access.

Entry & Access:
Access to the building and amenities is secured via key fob and entry codes. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the enclosed parking garage for guests.

Please note: This is a privately managed condo, so on-site/front desk services are not available. Our team is always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
✦ No pets allowed
✦ No parties or events
✦ Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
✦ Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
✦ No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
✦ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere.

Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with VRBO policies.

Parking Rules & Restrictions
✦ Ground floor parking is reserved for high-top vehicles and large trucks only.
✦ Standard-sized vehicles are not permitted to park on the ground floor level.
✦ All vehicles must display valid registration and park only in designated guest parking spaces.
✦ No parking is permitted on landscaped areas, curbs, or other restricted zones.
✦ Double parking is not allowed.
✦ Vehicles must be street legal and operable at all times.

Balcony Rules

To comply with the Mar Vista Grande HOA regulations, please do not hang towels, clothing, swimsuits, bedding, or any other items over the balcony railing at any time.

This rule helps maintain the appearance of the building and is strictly enforced by the HOA. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy throughout their stay.

Please note that any HOA fines resulting from violations of this rule will be the responsibility of the guest who incurred them.

Failure to comply may result in warnings or other actions from the HOA, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the property in good standing.

Failure to follow HOA parking rules may result in notices, fines, or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Security & Guest Verification
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
