This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king & 1 therapeutic day bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen in the 5th bedroom. The house also has 1 queen air mattress and 1 twin air mattress.

The open floor plan showcases Brazilian hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a built-in fireplace and a roomy screened porch. The bright and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is a chef's dream and features a large work island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop (new cooktop installed Feb. 2024!), granite countertops, SS ice maker, tons of cabinets & counter space, a wine cooler, spacious pantry and family sized breakfast bar. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the crows nest balcony.

The extensive master suite offers a sitting area, walk in closet and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. Each of the other 4 bedrooms also features a private bathroom. Other features include new HVAC system with digital thermostats and internet capabilities, two hot water heaters, an elevator and laundry room. With the double garage under the house, there is parking for 6-8 vehicles.

Absolutely Lovely!!

Everyone fully enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to this property. Very spacious and beautiful decor. The elevator was a necessary plus for some in our group.

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Great House and Location

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Almost 4 stars but needs extermination & new furniture

At 1st glance rental home appeared to be clean but eventually we started noticing roaches in the kitchen even though we were not even cooking in the kitchen. The roaches varied in sizes (small/baby roaches up to adult larger roaches) which means that thereā€™s more than likely a nest of them within the rental house. There were also several fruit flies/gnats flying around inside of the house as well as crawling around is the refrigerator. The pool was suppose to be cleaned twice a week but it didnā€™t seem like the pool cleaning company ever showed up to clean anything. The other minor issues such as the cracked toilet seat, non-functional patio sliding patio door, and non-functional jacuzzi bath tub that we found with the house were taken care of very quickly by maintenance so they are very responsive if you have any issues. Awesome view of the beach from the rental house and close location to several great restaurants. The screened in balcony is awesome, however all the furniture on the balcony is severely rusted. You will need to bring or purchase your own beach towels because there are none provided at the rental house. They do provide bath towels but they are not to be used for the pool or beach. The garage and elevator were very nice amenities which we had no issues with those. The recliner sofas are definitely past their expiration date, theyā€™re peeling, cracking, leaning, and corroding/molding so I hope they get replaced soon.

Spring Break Getaway

Great property! We loved it! Only small issue was the pool as it needed to be cleaned due to leaves. However, the host and property manager got it taken care of and our fun continued!

Nice but not quite luxurious

I will list the cons first: The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, they did offer to send maintenance to look at them but surely they knew beforehand they were broken. At night it was like laying under a spotlight lol. The barstools at the bar are WAY too short. The hot water is kinda wonky, hot one minute and cold the next. The sheets were itchy and not very comfortable. The 4th floor crowsnest is not accessible. The pros: The house is beautiful and clean. The communication with the rental co is good. There was plenty of room and the elevator was a nice touch. Overall the house is NICE but I would not consider it a "luxurious" house.

Sisters trip

Beautiful house but there were problems. Stove top burners were not working, no one notified us of this issue, this was a problem because we had a big dinner to cook and need the gas burners.. Even though electric burners were provided, it was still difficult to prepare a large dinner. Also, there was lots of trash under the living room sofa but housecleaning took care of that immediately, Overall, A beautiful house! I would stay there again.

Perfect Location for big group

This is our second year staying at this home. Last year we had problems with cleanliness and some other little things. This year the house was clean, pool too. It has a great kitchen, perfect for a big group or family. Bar stools are too low for the kitchen Island. Wish they would replace those. The home itself is just across the street from the ocean and. Lose to shops, restaurants and all our favorite bars. Our checkin was seamless and the person who checked us in was very nice. The only thing that was a negative was the one bathroom in the car back right of the house had all the paint and wall peeling and coming up. Looks like itā€™s been that way for a while.

No Stove

There was no stove to cook on for the weekend because it has been capped off. There was no email or communication indicating there would be no way to cook food for 16 women. Only one roll of toilet paper in 2 bathrooms and there were dirty towels on the bed. We checked in Thursday called immediately when we realized there was no stove. No one called us back, Simone finally came Friday evening and dropped of camped stove tops. We should at least be refunded for the 24 hrs without a way to cook.

N Myrtle beach vacay

Overall a beautiful home; perfect location; good neighborhood! Lots of room!! Elevator was awesome and most helpful!! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Swimming pool AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would choose the house again! Just a few thoughts....For a 4-day stay with 7 people, more trash bags (we had 2), supply 1 extra roll of toilet tissue/bathroom, and beach towels--those would've been great amenities!! We had to buy them. Perhaps consider a different maintenance team--dirty sheets/linens were thrown under bed, coffee makers dirty! Per North Beach Realty's written policy, it was up to us to survey and report damage the first day, as the management company notice indicated the guests would be blamed & charged for damages not reported ASAP! "Nuisance calls are $50/each"! I submitted a full list directly to the management company through their portal.

Spacious house with pool

Overall great house--lots of space. Has an elevator for our elderly family members. Pool is private and great area around pool for hanging out. Currently, there is a pretty nice ocean view but suspect another hotel will be built in the empty lot in front of the ocean soon. House did not have any glassware but a call to the property managers quickly resolved the issue.

Family vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is located just a short walk away from the beach. The space is huge the pictures really does not show how great the space is. The linen was clean and the house looks to be kept really well. The pool area was nice but the pool was not as clean, however when we called to report it they sent someone out immediately. The only problem I had was with the guys who cleaned the pool they were making comments as if they did not want to be there and said ā€œthey shouldā€™ve went to an inside pool thenā€. I donā€™t hold that against the property managers or anything. I would definitely rent this property again when I go on vacation.

Would Recommend

The property is beautiful! Great location and very spacious for large groups. A plus was that every room had their own bathroom which was perfect. Itā€™s right across from the beach not far at all. I would only recommend fixing and cleaning the grill for use, and painting/ fixing the shower wallpaper or paint in the green room. Overall Iā€™d recommend.

IDEAL FAMILY REUNION

WONDERFUL LOCATION, BEACH VIEW AND QUICK ACCESS. LOVED THE FACT THAT EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE, ENSUITE BATH. ELEVATOR WAS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN ARE ON TOP FLOOR TO CAPITALIZE ON THE VIEWS FROM FAMILY AREAS AND THE CROW'S NEST. KITCHEN WAS VERY LARGE AND WELL APPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR COOKING. GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY FIT 6 CARS EASILY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.
