New construction home w/ marsh views/ocean view. All four bedrooms have a private full en suite bath. Main level has highly desirable open floor plan. Kitchen, dining & living rooms completely open. Break away doors on main level open the back of the house to our private pool & covered patio area. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river, hot tubs, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna & several restaurants on property. Amazing on-site Spa as well!

Booking this house was 100% the right choice for our family. We were first timers to North Myrtle, my husband and I traveling with our two adult children and their significant others. The home had plenty of space for us to all spread out, a bathroom for every bedroom (plus another one downstairs!) as well as plenty of areas we could all comfortably spend time together. The kitchen table was spacious, the living room had enough seating for 7. The washer and dryer were handy to have available. The pool out back was lovely to be able to have a quick dip without walking or getting a ride to the resort pools. The entire property was just beautiful, and the access to the beach, pools, gym, etc was fantastic and convenient. Mark was an excellent communicator - I would choose him as a host again and again! Outstanding stay. Thank you so much!

Great location and sleeps many

This is overall a good rental and is in a great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach and pools. The beds are very firm and lots of pillows on the beds. The primary room has sheer window treatments letting in all the morning sun which really makes the room seem bright and large. The primary bathroom is very large with lots of storage. There are several restaurants within walking distance including Barefoot Landing. Some issues we found were with the listing photos compared to what was in the house. The sofas were run down and shabby and not a sectional as listed. Also not nearly enough seating for the number of people that could sleep there. If you like to hang out together and watch tv, there is room for about 6-7 max. There was also dust build up on ceiling fans and bathroom fixtures. We were there early in the season so possibly because rooms not being used. I wanted to handle these issues by messaging the property manager privately to address them after we checked out. His response was prompt but less than pleasant. It would be helpful toupdate the listing photos.

I stayed at this property with my family (and 1 toddler) during the week of Thanksgiving 2024. The property is beautifully situated on the grounds of North Beach Plantation, with a view of the resort and small inlet that leads to the ocean. Upon entering the home, we all immediately noticed how clean and immaculate the home was kept. I’m a slight clean freak, so this was much to my delight. The views were amazing, and we got just what we saw from the photos on VRBO. The property owner, Mark, was extremely receptive to questions, and reached out to us in advance of our stay with instructions and ideas for restaurants, etc. that we could enjoy during our stay. Mark was very friendly, and a joy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this home if you’re on the hunt for a great place to stay while in Myrtle Beach!

Great spot in North Beach Plantation!

Perfect for 9 of us

Our first time to Myrtle Beach area and we were bringing family visiting from out of the country. Could not have asked for a better home to enjoy our vacation. Each room's en suite was just what our multi families needed and the rooms are nice and comfortable as well. Great living room /dining room areas for big gathering with great view. Just perfect and would stay again

50 years young girls trip

Absolutely perfect! Very clean and comfortably set up. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the openess of the home to gather. The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was so convenient for us. Being walking distance to the barefoot landing area was also very nice. Would definitely come back to this property again!

Awesome family experience

House was VERY clean. Well stocked. Beautifully landscape neighborhood. Access to the resort was within walking distance. Easy to find and close to dining and shopping activities. Family enjoyed the stay and didnt want to leave for home. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

Don’t hesitate, book this house!

I rented this house for a bachelorette party with 9 ladies in our Mid 30s. Mark was so nice and easy to work with. He was also so accommodating. The house is gorgeous, the pool at the house is convenient and nice to lounge around. You really can’t beat the resort property. A short walk to the resort pools and swim up bar and you feel like you’re in the Caribbean. The beach is just past the pools and also a very close walk. The house is conveniently located near Barefoot landing with a lot of shops and restaurants. I would love to come back with my family and bring the kids. It was a great time for a group of adults and I know it would be a lot of fun with kids too. Thank you Mark for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Perfect house

6 of us rented this house for a girls weekend. The place was perfect for us. It felt very spacious and each room has its own bathroom…a definite plus. The area itself was great. Beautiful beach nearby, fun resort pool area and close to plenty of restaurants. I’m looking forward to booking here again.
