Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Sands F-2

This condo has great beachy decor that makes you feel welcome on vacation! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is directly beside the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

From the HOA starting the 1st of April:

We are going to open the pool as much as possible over the next two weeks but there will be days that it has to be closed due to work going on overt the south end of the pool deck. We will not be able to open the pool when the contractor is doing any concrete repairs or other work that could cause a safety issue. With that said, we will open the pool on Friday, April 3, and keep it open through the weekend. We expect to close the pool on Monday, April 6, as the contractor is planning to start and repairs found on the H and I stacks. Until they start that process, we will not know how many days that it will remain closed. Again, the opening and closing of the pool will be on a day-by-day basis, and this is the best that we can do until the contractor completes the H and I stacks. After that, they will be away from the pool and it will be opened as normal.
