Crescent Towers I - 604 Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condo - Great views!

This condo is located on the corner so you have a larger view of the beach! The master bedroom has a king bed which shares direct access to the bathroom which also has a hallway entry. The second bedroom has two twin beds and located beside the second bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with direct access to the corner balcony. This balcony is directly facing the ocean.

All condos are non-smoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals. Ask about our monthly off season stays!

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

-Only two parking passes are available for the week of Memorial Day
***The HOA has asked that oversized vehicles are parked across the street in the overflow lot. "Any vehicle that cannot comfortably fit within a designated parking space must also be parked in the overflow lot".***
