This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

Enver was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of our stay. His communication skills are top notch!! The property was super clean and we loved the outside pool area and the game room, we made many family memories here. The only downfall was the 2 bathrooms for our size of group. Maybe consider adding one to the pool area in the future.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property June 21-28. We had a great vacation and the house was perfect. The game room with video game was a big hit and the pool was in use everyday. Everything you need for a trip to the beach is on property. Enver was great and responded to questions immediately. I highly recommend this property for those wanting to stay in Cherry Grove are.

We loved everything, as usual. Only real complaint was the tiny crabs. They made it uncomfortable to be outside. They were everywhere, including the pool!!

Exactly as Advertised

The house is beautiful and we loved the fenced in backyard, my dog was able to be let out the back door and roam freely. The shower is AMAZING! We were pleased to find everything was spotless and the sheets were incredibly soft. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes. We come back to Myrtle Beach every year and would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We have now stayed 2 of the last 3 winters at this home!My puppy loves it as does my wife, and I love it here or I wouldn't have stayed about 6 months in 2 years. The home is clean and roomy. It is 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to the beach bars like Murphy's. The pool was nice in April and we swam a few weeks! Great restaurants and shops and things to do all nearby!....Sorry Illinois, you lose. Also Enver is no longer a Host, after the time we spent in his place ...He is like family! what a great guy with a great family himself...Highly recommend

The Right Choice

We all loved this home. The layout is perfect for gathering AND finding some relaxing solitude. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space due to chilly windy weather. But it was so nice and comfy that we tried for a few minutes until the chill ran us back onside. Perfect location for our group. Nice walk to local places and the beach. But a little removed from hustle and bussle; best of both worlds. We are already looking to schedule a return trip. Enver was awesomeness from pre booking throughout. Thanks for helping my family have a great relaxing holiday!

Awesome Home for Vacation

This house is great! Very clean and loaded with upscale furnishings. Layout is perfect with 2 bedrooms sharing a bath on each side of the house. Very cool showering experience!! Kitchen is very well stocked - we had everything we needed to prepare meals - and the gas grill was a plus for steak night! Hanging out by the pool was very relaxing - we did not use any of the pool or beach toys but there are plenty in the garage. Having a refrigerator downstairs in the garage was also helpful for drinks and ice! Home is close to many restaurants and the famous Boulineauā€™s IGA is very close by. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!! (it looks just like the pictures). Enver was a great host - (helped us seniors figure out the TVs - ha!).

Fall Golf Stay 2024

House was just as photographed and described. Nice and clean. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the new front load wash machine smelled like mildew. We cleaned it and cleaned it and left it open. We didn't contact mgmt over this as we had experienced the same issue with our own years prior. Besides that small issue, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mgmt was super to deal with, prompt when questions arose and passed all the info we needed in a very timely manner to our arrival. We would stay here again!

Everything for the Whole Family

Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was perfect, to say the least. We will definitely be recommending this location to others. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The amenities of the property were above and beyond which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, especially having 3 teens a preteen and a toddler. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and the price for all couldn't be beat. We were ever so greatful for the use of wagons and pool toys during our stay. Our furry family member even enjoyed his time. The only thing to maybe be aware of would be that the TVs are painfully slow. But we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a bother. Still a 5 star stay! Hoping to come back in the future! Thank you Enver!

The perfect family vacation!

This was our third year staying! My husband & I decided a few years ago that weā€™d finally plan a family vacation. It was important to us that we could bring our two pups. This house is more than accommodating. Pet friendly, 4 bd, separate bathrooms, private pool, laundry, quiet on a cul de sac. We really love the fridge in the garage! Makes it real nice not having to go all the way upstairs for drinks, burgs etc. The owner, Enver, is very responsive and kind! All around A++ rating from us! We will be staying annually for many years to come.
