* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *sleeps up to 12 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

* Pool is open from May 31st through September 30th

*5 bedrooms, 3 baths, great space. (must climb stairs to second floor unit is upstairs only)

*Private patio.

*Shared pool.

* 3 king beds, 3 full beds.

*Washer/ dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.

*Pool is shared.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free (4 parking spots available on the back of the building by the pool )

Motorcycles are allowed



The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The pool is available during the seasonal months and is professionally cleaned twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday weather permitted)

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
