Blue Mist 103 is a rare ground-floor, oceanfront condo located in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach at 5400 North Ocean Boulevard. This one-bedroom, one-bath unit sleeps 2–4 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a handicap-accessible bathroom, making it a great option for guests seeking easy access with no stairs.

The building is older, but the interior is comfortable and well maintained. The living area features a Samsung Smart TV with cable, plus Wi-Fi for streaming—guests are welcome to log into their own Netflix or Prime accounts. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, and basic kitchen wares for preparing meals during your stay.

Step outside to the oceanside patio or enjoy the shared oceanfront sundeck just steps from the sand. Picnic tables are available in the common area behind the building. The property has seven total units that share on-site washer and dryer facilities located under the steps.

Blue Mist is one of the few pet-friendly oceanfront properties in Cherry Grove, allowing small dogs with a $300 non-refundable fee per dog. This is a non-smoking property with no house parties, motorcycles, or trailers permitted. Parking is limited to one vehicle.

• We manage homes for owners and follow local city ordinances designed to keep the area great for guests and neighbors.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and runs until office closing (hours may fluctuate by season).
• After-hours check-in is available with advance notice.

🧺 LINENS
• Sheets + towels are NOT included in the listed price.
• Bring your own, or rent a linen package from us (request via messages).
• If renting, linens are picked up at the office (same place as key pickup) unless you add delivery or beds made on arrival (additional fee).

⏱ EARLY ARRIVAL OPTIONS (NOT GUARANTEED)
• We do not guarantee access before 4:00 PM unless pre-arranged.
• You’re welcome to stop by the office early to complete preliminary paperwork—we’ll call you when the key is ready to be released.
• Limited 1:00 PM early check-in may be available for special needs (first-come, must be arranged + paid in advance).
