***Building Work Scheduled for Mid-October 2024 until late March 2025. The project includes work to the exterior, hallways and balconies. It entails power-washing, repair stucco and concrete cracks, caulking, repair damaged railing post, some damaged balconies and paint the exterior of the building. The contractor will try to minimize impact to guests but cannot accomplish a project of this magnitude without some disruption to normal operations and closing of some facilities. The contractor will use three suspended scaffolds on this project starting on the north end of the building and balconies will be accessed from the scaffold.***

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Condo is an older unit that was clean, but needs most of the kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced due to delaminating door edges. Also a broken plastic chair on the balcony needs replacing. Beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were nicely maintained. Overall the condo complex is very nice, family friendly and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely consider staying there again in the future. :-)

The location and facilities were excellent. The place was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the sheets were terrible. They are probably the worst sheets I have ever slept on.

The ocean views were absolutely stunning. I have stayed at many many beach front properties and this was by far the most beautiful views I have ever seen. As soon as you step in the front doors you have sweeping views of the ocean. The water was so blue. It felt like paradise. I spent more time on the balcony than I ever have. We were in the penthouse and could see everything. Will definitely stay here again and could not recommend enough.

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again! The condo is a brand new remodel, but it was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent loads of time on the large balcony when not enjoying the beach or other amenities of the complex. (Please be aware that you canā€™t see the sunrise while sitting on the balcony based on the location. It was beautiful from the beach, though!) Beach access is VERY convenient, and even though we were there the second week of July, it was not really crowded. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were 8 in our party ranging from retired to infants and everyone had plenty of room. And enjoyed ourself! I wish the pools were heated as the water was a little cool for the little ones. Would defiantly stay again!!!

Everything was as pictured and described in the description. I love the safety and security in the building. The owners in the building were very friendly and helpful. I only had two problems. One being we did not like was when the exterminator came the first guy was very rude and came in while we was sleeping. Said we had to leave for 15 to 30 minutes. We ended up not leaving because we was not comfortable leaving our belongings with strangers, but the guy spraying was fine with us staying and was very polite. The other problem was the initial check in. I didnā€™t receive my check in instructions until the day after check in. Might have been an issue with my phone but I feel the should sent it a day or two before check in. The balcony was huge and the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the condo could have been cleaner. There were dead flowers in a vase on the kitchen counter and dried flower petals all over the counter tops and floor. It had been there for some time because the vase was completely dry. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped very well at all. We had to clean some areas when we got there. The condo is beautiful but in DESPERATE need of maintenance. The hot water in the guest rooms did not work, kitchen cabinets are broken, sliding glass doors are extremely difficult to open and close, and the glass around the outdoor patio could use to be cleaned on both sides.

The place was not clean, no response from management with broken handle on patio door. Had maintenance just walk in to spray for bugs, while my whole was sleeping, had no warning or notification of them coming. Microwave did not work, lots of cabinets and drawers were ready to fall off.

Enjoyed the condo lay-out, the ocean front, the bedroom accommodations, the parking garage, the elevators, the carrying carts, the maintenance of the premises, the pool, the lazy river, and hot tubs. Disappointed that the condo kitchen cabinets were deteriorating, the balcony chairs were torn, the air intake grill was dirty, fans were dirty and the sliding doors in master and LR needed maintenanceā€¦missing handles and very difficult to open and close.

We love this condo for our yearly family vacation. I have a 5 and a 13 year old and the pool and oceanfront is great for both! There is also plenty of room for the 6 of us! This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it!

Overall everything was great. There were a few minor things that needed addressed. The wifi password we were given was not correct initially, one of the door handles on the outside of the balcony is broken off making it hard to use, and a very heavy mirror in a guest room fell off the wall due to the picture wire detaching from the frame without being touched, and two out of the three elevators got stuck multiple times during our stay. The location itself is great, right on the beach. I liked that the property needed an access code to get in, felt secure. Everyone was very helpful. The hot tubs, indoor pool, and sixth floor lazy river were out of service unfortunately. The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfy!

The overall cleanliness of the unit was good. The only thing I wish was better was the floor. It was so dirty we had to wash it ourselves a few times. It took just a couple barefoot steps for the bottom of our feet to start turning dark from dirt. This was problematic as we had toddlers and an infant crawling on the floors. Aside from that I can confidently say our entire family enjoyed our stay in this convo. It truly felt like a vacation. The kitchen has all the utensils youā€™ll need even if youā€™re feeding a large group. All the necessities were there. Big plus. The bathroom on the other hand didnā€™t come with backup toilet paper so bring some with you. The option to walk out the door and right onto the beach is amazing and a warm indoor pool for the little ones is also a great plus. Multiple hot tubs, lazy river, friendly guests, clean unit and fun attractions. We will book here again.

We loved the view of the beach and the condo was great and had lots of space for everyone. The mattresses need to be updated and the kitchen cabinets need some work to them. Overall we had a great stay and we didnā€™t have any major issues.

This property is nowhere close to the description. They have it listed as luxury and beautifully decorated, none of that is true. The property needs major repairs, a deep clean, and new beds. If you are looking for something comfortable and clean, this is not it. I contacted VRBO due to the issues and they did nothing. I have made several attempts to follow up and still nothimg.
