Beautiful, furnished, 5 Bed 4 Bath home overlooking the marsh, and just a couple blocks to the Ocean!! Home sits on one of the best lots in Pointe Marsh featuring private in-ground pool, outdoor shower and 2 decks spanning the width of the home to relax and enjoy your stunning marsh views! Watch the 4th of July fireworks from your back decks!! Extra living space outside!! There is hardwood and tile throughout the main living area. Kitchen features granite counters and a breakfast bar. Along with the open living area, the first floor ( Need to take stairs to get to the first floor) has 1 bedroom and bathroom and a large laundry room with sink. 4 more bedrooms, including the primary suite are located on the 2nd floor. Primary bedroom opens onto the top deck. The large primary bath has separate jetted tub and walk in shower. All this and with easy access to entertainment, shopping and restaurants.Please note: The TV in the twin bedroom works as a monitor only and is not available for cable or live TV.

Note: no trailer, camper, motorcycle, commercial vehicle etc. parking in the community.

Rules

• We only rent to guests over 25 and the person who rents the house must be staying at the house the whole time. I.e. An adult over 25 cannot rent the house for high school senior week and not be staying at the house. If this happens the people will be evicted from the house with no refund.
• No Smoking or Vaping in the house. No smoking marijuana which is a state law
• No house parties or events
• The house is in North Myrtle Beach City. The neighborhood is a mix of vacation homes and full-time residences so it is a quieter area of the beach.
• North Myrtle Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. It is illegal to generate any sustained noise, no matter the source that is “audible beyond the property line”. Under the ordinance, if police are called, the officer has discretion on the noise and may issue a warning, a ticket, or jail time. This also applies to obscene language or music with offensive/obscene lyrics. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
• Motorcycles, Slingshots, Commercial vehicles, vehicles with signs or graphics, unlicensed vehicles, junk vehicles, trailers, campers, RV’s, or boats cannot be kept in the community. The HOA will charge guests a daily fine if they have a motorcycle, mopeds, trailers, and trailer vehicles.
• Golf carts are allowed and I have a place to store a trailer that is 2 blocks away.
• Vehicles may be parked only on driveways or approved overflow parking areas. All vehicles including golf carts must be able to fit in the driveway and no bumpers or hitches extend beyond the driveway. There is no parking on grass anywhere in the community. Overflow parking is available across Sea Mountain Hwy in the Boulineau’s parking lot.
• Golf Carts must follow SC Law. The golf cart must be insured, permitted, and registered with SCDMV, they must operate on roads with a posted speed limit below 35, they may only be driven in the daytime and the driver must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• NO fireworks. The discharge of fireworks anywhere in Pointe Marsh is prohibited by law.
• Landscaping - No picking up of landscape rocks or any rocks along the marsh. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING into the marsh.
• Grills - No grills of any kind or propane grills/tanks are permitted on the decks.
• No noxious, offensive, illegal, or immoral activities shall be carried on upon any lot, nor shall anything be done which may become an annoyance or nuisance to or which may diminish or destroy the enjoyment of the owners of other Homes

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand before entering the pool.
