Beautiful Sunrise & Sunset View from a 28' Balcony-3 BR unit with 2 King rooms

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the 28' oceanfront balcony as you take in a breathtaking view of the sunrise on the left side over the ocean and end your day enjoying the sunset on the right. This property is located on the 3rd floor (elevator) sleeps 6 - includes 3 bedrooms (MBR-King, Bedroom 2-King, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twins). All bedrooms are equipped with laminate flooring. The flooring in the living room, kitchen and master bathroom are tiled. Free Wi-fi included. Kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a full-size washer/dryer inside the unit. The living room includes a 55" Smart TV . The MBR has a 43" Smart TV. Make yourself at home and sign into your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts on either TV. You have access to the indoor pool area which also features a hot tub/jacuzzi. This property also includes several charcoal grills so you can enjoy an afternoon or evening barbeque with your friends and family. It is just a short ride to many restaurants and entertainment venues. Only 1/4 mile to the Alabama Theater and Barefoot Landing which has an impressive selection of restaurants and eateries, and exciting entertainment and amusement offerings for all ages, including the House of Blues. A private access walkway to the beach is just steps away.
Please note: Sea Winds is a smoke-free property. As per the HOA, there is no smoking in the unit or common areas which includes the unit's balconies.

A perfect place at the beach. The condo is beautiful and so well stocked with everything you need. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves on the beach right outside of the building.The location is great with Barefoot Landing within walking/driving distance and lots of restaurants and businesses up and down the main road in front of Barefoot Landing. Communication with our host was excellent and we are already booked to return in April. Recommend this property highly!

Graduation vacation

We were very happy with our family vacation to celebrate our twins high school graduation. The property was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again.

July 4th get away

We brought our Swedish friends and their children to experience their first Forth of July and Myrtle Beach did not disappoint! Communication with Lilly and the location of the property was amazing! We hope to return again.

This condo was an excellent choice for us! We loved the location and the view! We had plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby. The indoor pool was great for the rainy days. The beds were all very comfortable and it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. We met several couples who live in the complex year round. They were so friendly snd helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit North Myrtle Beach. It is much quieter and less crowded than the Myrtle Beach area.

Beautiful oceanfront unit in quiet secure building with an elevator!

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely unit with everything we needed. The indoor pool was wonderful and the building was very quiet. The two king bedrooms was a real plus, as our daughter, her husband and her children came to visit.The twin bedroom was the cutest room ever that our 7 year old granddaughter loved. Lily was attentive to our needs and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. It is close to so many restaurants, winery, shopping and anything else you might need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described on Vrbo. Lilly messaged us that the condo was well equipped and that was definitely an understatement. Perfect vacation spot

The condo was clean and nicely updated along with being located in a perfect spot that's near all our favorite activities. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax at the beach.

Listen to the Waves

This property is perfect for watching the ocean, listening to the waves! The proximity is close to Barefoot Landing and many other stores and restaurants! Hungry Howie's Pizza is a stone throw away, Dagwood's Deli is also very close! There is a Walmart to the left and also to the right within minutes for all your needs. The elevator is very clean and the beach is beautiful! Please consider this property for your next stay!!

Beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. The location was amazing and just as we had hoped it would be. I happened to get sick the first day we arrived and it left me in bed for 36 hours straight! I was very grateful for a comfortable bed! The pool was wonderful! Lily was great to work with! She’s very responsive and took care of a household situation beyond anyone’s control right away.

Birthday get away

The owner Lily was very helpful. The door on the condo fell off one of its hinges which caused the door to not be able to close. This was a bit scary. We contacted Lily, sending pictures and she had a handyman there within an hour of calling. He fixed problem quickly and door functioned fine afterwards. We had major renovations being done in condo above us and we put up with this for 2 days before calling Lily. The construction continued the whole time we were there but didn’t seem as bad after making the call. People should be aware that when coming in December there is much maintenance being done on buildings while in off season. We really enjoyed the sunrise view from condo, breath taking! The trip was just what we were looking for to escape for our birthdays!

A very pleasant place for a vacation

Unit was spotlessly clean and comfortablefor our party of 4 adults. The photos on VRBO are accurate. The Seawinds condo is also clean and well maintained. The beach is beautiful. The host was a pleasure to deal with. In short, a place that we would gladly return to.

Great views off the large balcony and condo is located right on the beach. Accommodations were as promisedhowever some cosmetic updating would be a plus. The ac ducts have continuious water leaking down the wallwhere there is signs of cracked plaster

Amazing Condo with even more amazing views

We decided at the last minute to take a long weekend at Myrtle Beach. We found this condo and from the description it would fit the bill for us, our daughter, her husband and 2 of their teenage sons. We were not disappointed. The condo was more than we expected and the balcony was amazing. The unit is right on the beach which allowed us to just sit and enjoy the ocean. The sunrise and sunsets were equally as amazing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Everything worked as scheduled. Checkin was easy as well as checkout. The building is very secure and the pool was very nice. Even parking was so convenient. They even have luggage carts. We would highly recommend this unit. It was also very conveniently located to places we were interested in, ie, right across from Barefoot Landing. I would say to you, 'Go for it'!

Right on the beach! Great ocean view!

Nice condo! The full ocean view balcony was terrific! Close to lots of shopping and dining. Parking was handy and there were ample spaces, unlike other places we have stayed sometimes. We could see the beach for miles each way. We could set up our umbrellas right in front of the condo and easily see them from the balcony.

Amazing condo!!

The place was amazing, the view is unmatched!! The apartment has everything you need for a worry-free stay. So many restaurants and shops are close by. We will definitely be back and we will recommend it to all our friends and family.
