The large oversized balcony offers beautiful unobstructed ocean and coastal views as well as views of the Cherry Grove Pier. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony, tv, DVD player, and adjoining bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom includes queen size bed, tv, and also has access to the oceanfront balcony. No more fighting over the bedroom with the oceanfront balcony! There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen area. The living area includes 55 inch 4K HD smart tv, blu ray player and access to the ocean front balcony. Dining table can seat up to 4 and additional seating at the bar area. The condo comes furnished with towels and bed linens so that you do not have to worry with packing those things. Inside our Beach Bum closet you will find chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, umbrella, towels, binoculars and other beach items to enjoy a day on the beach. We have another closet that offers books, DVDs, puzzles and board games. The large spacious balcony includes 2 gliders and a table with 4 chairs. Enjoy your meals, coffee and wine while enjoying the beautiful views. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs 50 pounds or less with an additional fee. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Small building with just 24 units and an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor shower, and sun deck area. Located on the 7th floor. Elevator is located steps from the condo.
