Welcome to Serenity Blue, your renovated retreat in Cherry Grove. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with marsh views, just a short stroll from the Atlantic Ocean and Cherry Grove Pier. Many updates over the last three years include: luxury vinyl plank flooring, updated bathrooms, and sleek white quartz countertops throughout.

In 2024, we've enhanced our outdoor living area with upgraded technology and furnishings, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment throughout your stay.

This spacious rental boasts 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and sleeps 26, making it perfect for large groups. Relax in two living rooms, each adorned with new furniture, or whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless appliances and a Keurig Elite.

As you step onto the expansive patio, you'll be greeted by all-new, plush furniture meticulously arranged to provide the utmost comfort and style with seating for everyone in your party. Sink into the inviting embrace of our lounge area with outdoor sofa, rockers, and gliders. Enjoy soaking up the sun on a chaise lounge, sitting by the pool in a club chair or sipping your favorite beverage at the outdoor bar. While your family and pets can safely enjoy playing in the fully fenced in outdoor living area

Entertainment awaits with your outdoor 65’ smart TV allowing you to enjoy your favorite show or cheer on your team while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

Adjacent to the living space, you'll find our charming dining area, ideal for al fresco meals with family and friends. Gather around the table and savor delicious dishes as you relish in the company and enjoy the ultimate in outdoor living.

Unwind by the 12'x25' saltwater resort-style pool or barbecue with the outdoor dining table and stainless gas grill. Take advantage of the outdoor shower after a relaxing day at the beach. Inside, modern amenities include 55" Samsung smart TVs in both living areas, smart TVs in each bedroom, and a kitchenette on the second floor.

Other highlights include luxury bathrooms with Carrara marble and tile, wood laminate flooring throughout, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Plus, enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and on-site laundry on both floors.

Please note our pet-friendly policy (2 pets max) with a $150 pet fee, and our strict rental guidelines catering to families or professional adults over 25. We do not rent to student groups or allow house parties. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for a fee.

The property was neat and clean and conveniently located. Paul, the property manager was very attentive and communicative from start to finish. The power went out for a couple of hours after a very heavy thunderstorm and when asked if Paul had an ETA from the power company he provided one right away saying it should have been on by 10 PM. Fortunately it was on by 9:20 PM. The kids in the group thought it was an adventure and of course that too is a memory made. They absolutely loved the pool as well.

Excellent house - spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and great climate controls. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pier at North Myrtle Beach. If you play golf, there’s a dozen courses all within 40 minutes.The host (Paul) is friendly and terrific with communication. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. Would 10/10 rent and stay again.

Property was clean and spacious, as listed. Especially loved the outdoor space with pool, seating, bar and TV. Would not recommend for elderly or those having difficulty climbing stairs. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was very accommodating. Would rent this property again.

Our family had a fantastic time! Location was great, the house was well stocked, cleaned well, very spacious, nice and quiet neighborhood! The host was very responsive and kept us in the loop with house communications! Great stay all around!

Our extended family had an amazing weeklong stay in this well-appointed, clean, and spacious home! Our group was used to being on the beach but we hardly missed the convenience of that as we had the golf cart to easily get us back and forth in no time flat. All the kids and adults alike were kept entertained at the house with the pool, outdoor bar with TV and sitting area as well as two indoor living spaces (which allowed for a quiet room and an energetic and loud kid filled space which we could hardly hear from downstairs) We were also thrilled to find an incredibly well-appointed kitchen which allowed us to cook all our meals in house with all the tools we needed. The beds were comfortable and rooms of ample size.

Beautiful property, unfortunately a storm came and flooded the property and we had to evacuate the house. Flooded one of our rental cars trying to leave.

Our family of 20 gets together each holiday season 2 weeks after THANKSGIVING and 2 weeks before CHRISTMAS. WE call it THANKSGISMAS. This was number 14. We gather on Friday enjoy appetizers and drinks share stories and laughs. Saturday morning Gpa makes a run to KK for doughnuts. So in law puts prime rib on grill while ladies prepare fixings. Everyone gathers for a feast at 2:00 followed by gifts, stockings and dirty Santa gift exchange. So much laughter and love. In the evening 14 of us head to TOP GOLF. SUNDAY morning is a time to relax and recap. The ladies run to outlets for last minute shopping. Only, to return to the kitchen to serve leftovers. The house easily accommodated my family with space. We thoroughly enjoyed the area around the pool for relaxation. Thank you for providing a lovely, CLEAN HOME.

Spotless snd fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and baths. Wonderful pool and shade area, plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend. We had 12 family members and was a wonderful tri state get together. No walk in shower however. I had fractured and dislocated foot and had surgery. Ended up buying a shower seat to balance in tub/shower

Our stay at this home was very pleasant. The house was simply great. So much space and more than everything you need for preparing three meals a day. I loved all the rooms with their own bathroom was a plus. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately our stay was short due to Idalia Tornado but all in all this is a great house to stay and yes I would vacation here again. Thanks Stacie.

I couldn’t ask for a better house for my whole family to stay! There is a lot of us so trying to find a house big enough for all of us is hard and this place gave us plenty of space without being on top of each other! The host was beyond amazing and helpful. This house is so beautiful and has a great location! I couldn’t have been more happy with everything!

We’ve been coming to NMB for 30 years and this may be the nicest home we’ve stayed in. All of the amenities were fantastic and the house was very well appointed. The communication with Stacie was excellent, and everything g was as advertised or better. We will be back!
