With ocean, beach, and pool views from your private balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen with the essentials to prepare savory meals, central air, and access to shared amenities including a children's pool, a hot tub, outdoor/indoor swimming pools, and a fitness center, this beachfront retreat is ready to provide the ultimate beach lodging experience.



    Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by Dwell’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

    Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Great stay.

I loved the space and amenities! I would say this in north of the action. So getting in the car and driving was required. What you got for the price was worth the driving. We could get to everything quickly and easily. Would stay here again.

It was ok.

The view was great. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. I was disappointed that the website said it was pet friendly and a week before we were to leave I found out it wasn’t. The pools were nice and everyone was very friendly.

Great Stay!

The room was very clean & the temperature in the room was comfortable upon arrival. The staff was more than friendly as always. The only issue we found was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that, everything else was great.

Very pleasant

Great price for a last minute booking. The location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Large selection of pools to keep our kids entertained. The only thing I found a little irritating was the parking. Im personally not a fan of detached parking garages. That’s at no fault of the owner of the condo though. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

Condo was comfortable with a great view. Overall, Bay Watch is a great location with super amenities. Staff is efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Letesha on the front desk always greeted you with a smile and provided excellent service. Ted is an asset to Bay Watch. Ted was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and provided exceptionally customer service with a great personality. The only negative about Bay Watch is the upcharge for an additional car, $25 per day seems high.

Pictures are not accurate

The condo is clean, the views are nice. The beds are comfortable, even the Murphy bed. However, the pictures show a washer and dryer. There is NO washer and dryer in the room. Also the angle coming in the front door is tight. We brought a wagon for our beach supplies and had to disassemble it everytime we needed to get in or out of the room.

Fun vacation for the family

Overall was great loved having multiple pools and lazy rivers at the resort as well as getting free putt putt and water park admission included in our stay ! The only downfalls were the bathroom door hinge was messed up so door would get stuck and shower head had very little water pressure and the patio door did not lock which was a little Unnerving with little ones . There’s also no slap lock on the door going in and out of the unit just the regular lock on the bottom , again unnerving with mischevious kids , but we had a ton of fun and would definitely stay again !

Beautiful

We had a lovely stay at the Bay Watch Resort. We got married here a year ago and decided to come back for our anniversary. The room was perfect. We were on the top floor. We actually got a better room then originally thought but an error on booking.com caused us to book through the hotel and it paid off!! We went from a standard room with ocean view to a 1 bedroom oceanfront!! Even though the Hurricane came and crashed through it was still beautiful. Staff is always nice and the room was clean. There were pots and pans in the room available for our use. I would go back here 100 times!!!

Beach front great..

The picture of the property is misleading. Needs to be renovated. Hair dryer was broken. A/C and Washer sounds like a Mack truck. No storage space for groceries. No Vac. Would not rent again!!!

I’ve stayed in better rooms

It was ok! Nothing extravagant to say we stayed in a PH. I asked for trash bags and never received them. The furniture in my room was very unacceptable. Particularly the two single chairs. I asked for new ones but I was told it couldn’t be replaced. And a note would be left for the owner. The room was a nonsmoking room. Upon arrival the room smelled like smoke. The overall stay was great! The staff was very friendly!
