Welcome to R+R Beach Club where we offer family-friendly vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our properties are conveniently located just steps from the beach and have been recently renovated to provide comfortable and modern accommodations. Each unit is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and pet-friendly options for dogs under 50 pounds.



Guests can choose from a variety of lodging options, including studios and two-bedroom units, each featuring vibrant beach décor and essential conveniences like Keurig coffee makers. Shared facilities include sunbathing decks with loungers, BBQ grills with picnic tables, and amenity lounge rooms, enhancing the communal experience.



R&R Beach Club's mission is to provide spaces that encourage family bonding, laughter, and the joy of discovery, ensuring that every stay is a celebration of togetherness.



The Space:

This 4 bedroom unit offers convenient access with a secure lock code entry and includes 3 assigned parking spots. Please help maintain a peaceful environment by being mindful of neighboring guests.



Bedrooms

The unit includes 4 comfortable bedrooms, each outfitted with a set of fresh linens, a Smart TV, a luggage rack, mobile charging ports, and a closet with a hanging rod and storage shelf. An iron and ironing board are also available.

- Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds

- Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed

- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds



Bathrooms

There are 2 full bathrooms for your comfort. One includes a shower and bathtub, while the other features a walk-in shower. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer. *Note: 1 set of bath towels is provided per guest. Please bring beach towels, as bath towels are for in-unit use only.*



Kitchen

Prepare meals with ease in your fully equipped kitchen, which includes:



- Appliances: Keurig coffee maker (starter K-Cups and sugar provided), refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave

- Cookware & Utensils:** Pots, pans, baking sheet, cutting board, and all necessary utensils

- Dinnerware: Cups, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware

- Extras: Toaster, hot water kettle, blender, and salt & pepper



Pro Tip: Bring your favorite spices! A grocery store is about a 5-minute drive away.



Dining Area

Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8, plus additional counter seating for 4.



Living Room

Kick back and relax in the cozy living room, equipped with a Smart TV where you can log in to your favorite streaming accounts, including Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, Hulu, and HBO Max.



WiFi

Free high-speed WiFi covers the entire unit, allowing multiple devices to stay connected and stream simultaneously.



Laundry

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room in the courtyard, available for use by all guests.

Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet Policy
We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets aren’t allowed on beds or furniture, and please don’t use our towels or linens for them. Extra cleaning fees will apply if we find evidence of pets on furniture or bedding. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.



🚗 Parking Info
Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.



🚭 No Smoking
All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.



📅 Cancellations & Early Departures
We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.

If something isn’t right during your stay, let us know right away so we can help make it right.



🧺 Towels
Beach towels should be left in the unit at checkout—missing ones will be charged at $50 each. Please don’t use bath towels for spills, makeup, or messes. If towels are permanently stained, a replacement fee will apply.

Please note: this property can be a bit lively at times and may not be the best fit for families with young children or those seeking a quiet environment.

This is a 4-unit complex, so you'll be sharing certain spaces—including the lounge area, laundry area, and grills—with other guests.
