Welcome to our spacious and bright end unit Condo in lovely Cherry Grove located on the 11th floor. This is our second home and we treat it with care. You will enjoy a professionally decorated unit that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with views of the beach or the marsh from every room. Our condo has been updated with custom kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, plank style flooring, stainless style appliances, and a deep farm style sink.

The condo features a large oceanfront master suite with a king bed and private bathroom (including a double vanity sink, garden tub and separate shower). The condo also includes a junior-suite with a queen bed and attached private bathroom. In addition, there are two other comfortable guestrooms that share a “jack and jill bathroom,” one with a queen bed, and the other that conveniently contains two twin beds. The entire unit is approximately 1700 square feet and also includes a 27 foot balcony outfitted with upgraded, cushioned furniture for those many hours spent outside taking in the stunning view of the ocean and the relaxing sea breeze. There are two sliding doors to access the balcony—one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. You will enjoy the spectacular views of the sunrise and beach from the balcony as well as from the many windows in this corner unit.

The centrally located living room comfortably seats many guests looking to either relax or entertain. With its open access to the kitchen/dining area and its million-dollar views, you will feel both 'right at home' yet 'on-vacation'! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar and dining area so you can enjoy meals inside if you choose not to dine on the balcony. Linens and departure cleaning are included with your rental price along with the fastest hi-speed wireless broad band available (up to 400 Mbps download speeds). You will also have access to two assigned covered parking spaces in the most convenient location in the building (ground floor next to the elevators). ***Note that there is no overflow parking in the building. If you are bringing more than two cars, you will need to make other arrangements for overnight parking.***

Sunrise Pointe is located on a peninsula in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is not crowded, yet does have a life guard during peak season. The complex itself is small (only 72 units) but includes a regular pool, lazy river, heated pool and kiddie pool. There is also a convenient area to wash off when returning from the beach or swimming in the pool along with a ground floor restroom. It is the perfect place to feel like you are away from it all while being only a short drive from many of the main attractions and world class golf in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. We love to visit our second home and believe that you will love it too!
