Welcome to this beautiful two bedroom, first floor condominium in The Havens, a quiet and serene community, in fabulous Barefoot Resort. This professionally decorated villa has 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space, including two large bedrooms, a gathering room open to the gourmet kitchen and dining areas, laundry room, screened porch and overlooks the beautiful grounds and the golf course.

The living space is open and spacious, making conversation easy and more enjoyable. There is ample space for everyone with the handsome sofa that easily converts to a queen sleeper. Enjoy the Flat Screen TV and movies and bring your laptop because we have Wireless Internet here for your added convenience. Just off the living area is the screened porch with a wonderful view of the golf course fairway.

The warm and elegant master suite is outfitted with a gorgeous king size bed, dresser, Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and walk in closet. A private bath also adjoins the master suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, chest, flat screen TV, and large closet. The second full bath suite accommodates guests nicely. The laundry room is off the foyer. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything needed for enjoying a meal at home, or you can cook out on the BBQ grill by the pool, just steps from the villa.

The Havens has its own community pool and pool house just steps from the villa. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway.

Small pets (under 25 lbs.) allowed (Snowbird Rentals Only - 1-3 months).
